When Prya approached us about entering a pageant, we were totally surrpised; she has never shown interest in entering a pageant before.  And, after doing our own "research", we were impressed by the "story" behind this Pretty Little Princess Pageant.

Prya has been selected to participate in this year's Pretty Little Princess Pageant on Sunday, April 1st, at the Hawaii Convention Center (check back for more details in a few weeks). 

Starfire Pageants, Inc. has created a unique pageant system that is unlike any other, emphasizing on both "natural" and "inner" beauty.  In a world that seems to be obsessed with unrealistic body images and unattainable physical perfection, Starfire Pageants believes it's important that ALL of our daugthers be given the opportunity to walk down a runway and feel like a Beautiful Princess.  Starfire Pageants strives to make every child feel special.  In a positive and carefree atmosphere, Prya will be participating in various categories including:  Miss Print Model, Fabulous Face, Prettiest Hair, Best in Fun Wear, Miss Personality, Prettiest  Smile, and Best in Fancy Wear.  And although there will be a first place winner and four runner ups in each division, EVERY contestant will receive a Princess trophy, souvenir program booklet (which will include her picture and personal ads for her from her individual and business supporters), a pink pageant ribbon and a FREE video camera pass.
